- Attended meetings with program leadership (PD, APD, Coordinators) to discuss ongoing residency needs/improvements
- Scheduled daily outpatient clinic schedule to insure adequate clinical coverage of Children’s Hospital Outpatient Clinic (CHOC) working with the director of the CHOC
- Monthly attendance, recording of minutes and distribution of said minutes at monthly house staff meetings
- Distributed block reporting assignments to all categorical pediatric residents and off-service rotators prior to the start of each academic block
- Participated annually in Program Evaluation Committee (PEC) meetings
- Attended each monthly Children’s Hospital Operations Committee meeting
- Worked closely with the Chief of Pediatric Quality and Patient Safety for Children’s Hospital to organize, plan and schedule and present quarterly Morbidity and Mortality conferences

- Collaborated with our pediatric residency recruiting committee in order to increase our number of residents from underrepresented minority groups to reflect the ideals of diversity and inclusion
